Hi everyone, as u all know i;m partial to nem's, I picked up a seabae about 6 week's ago, and i knew better, it was bleached out, but got it anyway. The good new's is it has finally attached and is eating on it's own....yipee. It no longer smells bad, and is getting a little bit of it's sticky back. All in all it seem's to be comming along, I'm keeping my finger's crossed. I was wondering if any one here has ever brought one back from near death?. I have saved bubble tip's, condy's ect, but this ...

I don't want to jinx anything, but my maroon clownfish are now happily frolicking in my conylactis anemone... and they said it couldn't be done! My nem is looking a little worse for the wear due to his wild ride down to my refugium, but seems to "enjoy" the company... I'll try to get pics soon, but it will be hard due to the nem making itself at home behind a piece of rock that kinda blocks the view, bummer- but it'll be OK.

I woke up this morning and I can't find my condylactis anemone anywhere! It was there last night and now it's not! It was walking around the tank for the past week or so trying to find a spot and last night was on the wall of the tank under the protein skimmer.... Where could it have gone? I am debating on moving around the live rock to look for it, but don't want to disturb my growth. They can't jump out of tanks can they? Maybe a cat ate it, but I don't know how... There's a canopy on ...

ill start it off i guess.. anemones are super nice additions to a system BUT, you better know what you are getting into. They can and will move around the tank until they find that perfect spot. the verdict is still out on whether they are reef safe or not. due to their free moving nature, keeping an anemone in a reef setup can be dangerous for your reef inhabitants. The pack a nice sting and they will surley run across a coral or two and either the coral or the anemone will win the battle. This ...
